SCHEDULING & APPOINTMENTS
All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Please ensure vehicle(s) are accessible and unlocked upon arrival.
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any deposit or down payment made.
PAYMENT
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, credit/debit, and approved digital payments.
Deposits may be required for large jobs or first-time clients.
SERVICE AREA
Mobile services are available within our designated coverage area.
Additional travel fees may apply outside standard zones.
VEHICLE CONDITION & PRICING
Final pricing is based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon inspection.
Heavily soiled, pet hair, excessive staining, or oxidation may incur additional charges.
Pure Finesse Detailing LLC reserves the right to update pricing at its discretion.
SERVICE REFUSAL POLICY
Pure Finesse Detailing LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe, excessively unclean, or unreasonable. This includes, but is not limited to: unsanitary environments, offensive odors, infestations, or requests beyond the scope of our services.
WEATHER POLICY
Services may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather.
Clients will be notified and rebooked at the earliest available time.
LIABILITY
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, malfunctioning components, or wear uncovered during cleaning.
Client assumes responsibility for valuables left in the vehicle.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you're not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.
AGREEMENT OF TERMS
By scheduling and receiving service from Pure Finesse Detailing LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above service policy and terms.
